Based in Munich, Paris, Milan, Trivandrum, Pune, Singapore, and New York, our dedicated global teams of over 500 consultants share a joint vision: to be the consulting partner of choice for Allianz Group core segments, transforming the future of Allianz from within. Key responsibilities / You will get to:

• Work with client teams, bearing responsibility for specific tasks, the quality of your deliverables and ensuring project milestones are reached

• Assist the team in analyzing customer needs, and developing creative concepts and concrete measures for implementation

• Contribute to internal projects within Allianz Consulting, including internal knowledge sharing and team events

Key requirements / What we hope you bring: 

• University degree or equivalent experience

• Minimum 1 year of relevant insurance industry and/or consulting experience (preferably in the Life Insurance or Asset segments)

• Demonstrate expert knowledge of AI frameworks, leverage AI tools in everyday tasks, and consult clients on AI adoption for successful business transformation

• Knowledge of Project - and Program Management methods and techniques, process development and continuous improvement

• Ability to work in high demanding environments

• An affinity for solving problems and a pronounced capacity for analytical thinking

• Your desire to make a difference and your willingness to be coached

• Your enthusiasm for working in a diverse and international team

• Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office package

• Fluent in written and spoken English and German

• Your curiosity for or knowledge of insurance and financial services and project or change management tools and techniques
