As an Intern for a minimum of 10 weeks, you'll become a part of a dedicated project team that offers unwavering support throughout your journey with us. We are currently starting to hire interns for the period from October 2026 to December 2026. Recruitment for the following months will take place on a rolling basis and the position will be updated regularly.
Please note that you must be enrolled at a university for the entire duration of the internship.
You'll make an impact by
- Detailed Analysis: Examine customer requirements and conduct detailed market and competitive analysis to provide basis for decisions.
- Strategic Planning: Work closely with clients to develop and implement tailored business strategies and roadmaps, contributing to long-term planning.
- Specialist Interview Support: Assist with interviews and workshops, helping to facilitate discussions and share knowledge.
- Management Presentations: Prepare presentations for senior management, ensuring clear communication of insights and recommendations for strategic decision making
This is how you'll win us over
- Educational Background: At least four completed semesters of Bachelor studies with excellent academic results or currently pursuing a second academic qualification (Master’s/Ph.D.)
- Practical Experience: Minimum of one internship at a management consultancy, renowned industrial company, or start-up with a focus on strategy or involvement in a student consultancy.
- General Consulting Skills: Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills, coupled with an entrepreneurial approach.
- International Experience: Exposure to international environments during your studies or previous internships.
- Language: Fluent in German (min. C1) and English (min. C1)
- Team Spirit: High levels of social competence, passion and a team-oriented approach.
