Inhouse Consulting - Full-Time/Intern/ Working student - Allianz Germany

Key responsibilities/What you do
- Complete project assignments under the guidance of an Engagement Manager, including conflict, client and stakeholder management and other relevant aspects
- Analyze customer needs and develop innovative concepts to best serve them
- Contribute to pitches and provide support to existing clients while ensuring effective and efficient key account management.
Key requirements/What we hope you bring:
- University degree or equivalent experience, project or consultancy experience applicable for the desired seniority level
- Basic understanding of AI frameworks and the ability to utilize AI tools in everyday tasks. Interest in supporting clients in adopting AI for successful business transformation
- Insurance experience and/or business acumen, experience in project and program management, experience in change management/quality management/integration/re-organization/process development and continuous improvement
- Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office Analytical and problem-solving skills, conceptual and implementation experience
- Fluency in written and spoken English
