- You take ownership of complex project workstreams, combining your industry expertise with strategic analysis. You quickly grasp unfamiliar problems end-to-end and structure them efficiently to develop tailored recommendations for our clients
- Building on this, you design compelling client-ready materials and communicate insights confidently to senior customers, always keeping the bigger picture in mind
- Moreover, you cultivate strong relationships with mid- to senior-level clients by understanding their needs and steering projects towards impactful outcomes

- Education: You hold an exceptional Master’s/Ph. D./MBA degree with several years of extensive professional experience in consulting or a related field.
- Experience and Skills:
- You have a strong background in strategic consulting, running multiple workstreams and leading complex analysis projects
- You demonstrate excellent problem structuring skills, effectively coaching junior colleagues and ensuring zero-defect deliverables
- Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills, coupled with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Ways of Working: You stand out with your independent, solution-oriented working style, empathy and ability to inspire others
- Languages: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English
