Mast-Jägermeister SE is producer and marketer of the well-known spirit brand Jägermeister. In thecompany founded by Wilhelm Mast in 1878, his son Curt Mast created the mostfamous premium herbal liqueur Jägermeister in 1935. The recipe of 56 herbs,blossoms and roots has remained unchanged to this day. Traditionally,Jägermeister is produced exclusively in the small town of Wolfenbüttel innorthern Germany. Bottling takes place at plants in Wolfenbüttel-Linden andKamenz in Saxony. From here, the herbal liqueur in the distinctive bottle isexported to more than 150 countries worldwide. Nowadays Mast-Jägermeister hassucceeded in combining the great traditions of a family-owned company withinnovative and exciting marketing strategies.
